Daniel Charleton-Guitteaud has graduated from ESCP Europe (Paris) with a Marketing and Strategy degree. He has more than 20 year solid – both professional and academic – background in marketing, organizational management, human resources management, and comunication. He is certified by R.Dilts as an NLP Trainer (California USA) and he is a member of GTC (Global Trainers’ Community) of NLP.

Daniel works as a strategic and management consultant in France. He helps small and medium enterprises to define their vision-mission and implement strategies in complex and highly competitive environments. He routinely does coaching for CEO’s and leaders in different cultural contexts. When he works with people he helps them reach their (P.O.E.) Point Of Excellence. Daniel also teaches organizational management, human resources management and interpersonal communication in different universities in France, and he has participated in trainings and consultancies in other countries such as french Guyana, Guadeloupe, and Greece.
